* Non staining Antioxidant ex Akzo Chemicals Ltd. U.K.

1*  Non mist formation on top of deammoniation tank on exposure to HCI vapour. 

2* Ammonium Caseinate should not be used in place of potassium Caseinate. 

3* Dispersol VL solution to be used only in case of hot former dipping, otherwise to be omitted from the compound.

The above compound is to be matured under slow agitation for 3 days and then diluted to 45% TDS Using D M Water.  Next 1 kg of 5% silicone emulsion (anti wetting agent) is to added to 100 kg of the above diluted compound Dipping operation to be started after ensuring the compound is free of air bubbles.  The TDS of the compound can be adjusted to suit the operational requirements of the customer.
