| Message | The simple production line can be upgraded to SEMI-AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINE and increase the automation by adding our automatic pallet return system with pallet storage device, pallet tumbler, cleaning device, oiling device and additional stacker to unload the pallets of blocks. An automatic cubing system needs to be added to unload the blocks from the pallets and cube them on the exit conveyor where a forklift will transport them to the final curing area. If anymore automation is needed we would suggest you to consider the Fully Automatic Production Line. |
