MessageHydraulic tire curing press 1. Function: This press is used for vulcanization of bias tire and radial tire, which can realize tire loading, shaping, vulcanizing and unloading automatically. Bias tire can be cooled automatically with post cure inflator. It can use double half-moulds and segmented moulds.2. Structure characteristics: The machine consists of frame, mould opening/closing device, mould adjusting device, center mechanism, curing chamber, tire loading device, tire unloading device, hydraulic system, electrical system, pipeline system and post cure inflator etc.Electrical control system: It adopts PLC as control center, which has touch screen for display unit. The touch screen can display the curing state, through which we can realize the man-machine conversation, such as techniques choice and parameters modification etc.1) Hydraulic pressure drives the mould opening/closing and center mechanism.2) Multi-cylinders provide pressure to make even force and small deformation on the platens.3) The safety lock can make sure the safety for maintenance.4) The mould height can be adjusted automatically.5) The hydraulic system adopts YUKEN\REXROTH\PARKE etc famous brand products in the world, which can work safely, reliably and without any leakage.6) Low energy consumption7) Advanced control system can finish the vulcanizing and setting of the parameters rapidly.
