This machine changes the original grinding machine structure. Its body and ground plank are an integral whole. So when fixing, it can be located on a plane surface only once. Use double tier roller axletree with centripetal spherical surface as the support of the host axletree can reduce energy consumption by 30%. The intrinsic grille pattern forcing evacuation is instead by overfall pattern controlling one. This can improving the milling of the granule and the capacity is increased by 15-20%.Operation of the equipment is more stable, and its service life improved greatly.

This energy saving ball mill has two warehouses and its outside runs along the gear,the material enters spirally and evenly to the first warehouse of the milling machine.In this warehouse, there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scale board, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, at this time, the steel ball is carried to some height and falls , thus to make the material grinding and striking.After coarse grinding of the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scale board.In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board and the process of grinding iscompleted.
