The particle size of Polymer filler is between 1-500 micron, low density, and so it has low mass, high volume characteristics. It can also reduce the product weight, the cost, and eliminate the products internal stress and improve product performance.Polymer filler also has low thermo conductivity, high compression strength,excellent water resistance, free flowing and dispersive capability, and creates more stable emulsions. It is very good in insulation applications and acoustic isolation. Polymer Filler is non-combustible,anti-corrosive,improves material radiation penetration and its low alkalinity gives compatibility with most resins.
Polymer filler is an ideal material to replace conventional fillers and additives such as silicas, calcium carbonate talc, clay etc.

Polymer is used in a range of materials including rubber, Fibre reinforced Plastic, ceramics. It is used a range of processes including spraying, casting, rubber and plastic molding to enhance product properties. They also exhibit improved chemical properties such as resistance to strong and weak alkalis and acids and organic solvents, improved burning rates and water absorption characteristics.
