We thank you for your enquiry and keen interest shown on Levgum products. We are representing Levgum in Asia. We are part of the TVS group, which is leading in the automobile sector in Southern India. We are quite sure that you would have read about Levgum and its advantages over the other recycling processes. Just to recollect, we would like to share with you that it is an eco-friendly cold process of converting rubber scrap into devulcanized rubber. The only pre-condition is that the rubbers that qualify for this treatment have to be "Sulphur Curable."
The devulcanizing process is basically a Mechano-chemical process and hence requires a series of machineries for grinding scrap rubber into fine chips and then converting it into devulcanized rubber in a special refiner like mills.
We would appreciate if you could let us know your interest as to do devulcanized rubber process as job work for others or would like to use for your captive consumption. If it is for captive consumption, we would like you to give us more details on your existing product range, type of rubber that you use and how much cured waste rubber generated from the units. Based on your details we can recommend you the best method. These information would help us in knowing about the potential and help us to move forward with you.
