With a modest beginning as a Company which started offering Technical Services & Consultancy to HPL and LPM Industries due to the inherent technical expertise of one of the promoter. Further the Company, under the able guidance of the founder and technical expert Mr. S. W. Patwardhan, turned it into a Corporation which started importing and supplying "Speciality Chemicals" for Laminates, Plastic, Rubber and Composite Industry. In 1991, we had an opportunity to represent Internationally known US based organization AXEL Plastics Research Laboratories Inc., NY in India. In 1998, we decided to diversify our activity and hence made a considerable headway in entering Manufacturing of "Speciality Catalyst + Process Aid" for Laminate and Wood based panel Industry.
