The Quality Assurance (QA) laboratory is housed in the Plant & is spread over an area of 500 sq. feet. The QA laboratory has wet & dry analytical facilities for the verification of Raw Materials, in-process materials and finished goods. Various in-process checks ensure that the processes are under control. The SQC (Statistical Quality Control),SPC (Stastical Process Control ) program is an effective tool implemented to determine our Process Capabilities (CpK values) as well as Control Charting for the purpose of the Process Monitoring. Validation & calibration of all instruments are done at set intervals.

Our Customs Synthesis Division has the capacity to work on special molecules from gram to Kilogram scale. The Customs Synthesis Division is equipped with the latest analytical instruments, multiple reaction vessels and ably staffed with Organic Chemists having varied experience.
